Early Bird plots are allocated on a first come, first served basis and provide the right to first refusal on your chosen plot upon its release.
Your Sales Consultant will notify you when your plot is being released and you will be advised of the purchase price and anticipated completion date.
You then have 24 hours to decide if you wish to proceed to a full reservation. If you do not decide to proceed with the purchase, Ambassador Homes will refund your £500 deposit.
If you decide to proceed you will be required to complete a full reservation form for your chosen plot which will be valid for a period of 28 days and subject to Ambassador Homes Reservation Agreement Terms and Conditions, please ask your Sales Consultant for more information.
