Our experienced and knowledgeable team will guide and support you through every step of the process, from your very first enquiry through to the excitement of moving in to your new Ambassador Home.

This is our Commitment to You:

  • We will make sure that you have contact details for key staff who will be helping you throughout the process of buying your home, so they can answers any questions you may have along the way.
  • Prior to signing your missives we will provide you with all of the information you need.  If required we can help you to appoint your own advisor to carry out legal formalities.  Throughout the process your exchange deposit is always protected.
  • We will guide you through all the choices and options available to allow you to put your own personal stamp on your home (right up until build stage).
  • We will give you all the information you need about your NHBC warranty and other guarantees and warranties provided with your new home.
  • We will provide an accurate timeline detailing all of the steps in the process for legal completion and the handing over of your new Ambassador Home.
  • In advance of moving in, we will arrange a familiarisation visit to your new home when it is completed to make sure you know how everything works.

New Homes Sales Executive

Salary – £35,000 OTE

The Role:

  • Working to monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Providing an exceptional client experience throughout the entire home purchasing process
  • Offering professional and knowledgeable on-site sales advice
  • Managing and coordinating all sales and administration from reservation to completion and aftersales
  • Proactively working alongside the Sales Manager to ensure market research, advertising and incentives are all up to date, relevant and effective
  • Working closely with site construction to maintain an accurate knowledge of the status of each plot on your development and updating clients on progress
  • Managing site to sales handover and inspections of completed plots
  • Coordinating and conducting home demonstrations and handovers with purchasers
  • Working alongside the Site Manager and Sales Manager to take ownership of the development and ensure the show home, plot build completions and landscaping meet the excellent quality and presentation standards required
  • Produce progress reports and updates on all KPI’s relating to sales, marketing and competitors.

You:

Experience, Skills, Attributes Required –

  • Professional, motivated and keen to work in a quality driven, forward thinking customer centric environment
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in new home sales or estate agency
  • Exceptional organisation & communication skills
  • A proven track record in sales and generating new business
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite (esp. Excel for reporting)
  • A full driving license and your own vehicle

Bank holiday and weekend working is required.

Normal working week is Thursday-Monday 10am-5pm
